Here’s how to Visit our virtual studio, today! :

  • Check out our class schedule on our website or the MindBody App.

  • Register for your favorite classes with our usual pricing options (membership, class pack, or drop in) at least 15 minutes before class.

  • 10 minutes before the class, we'll send a Zoom link to your email.

  • All you have to do is follow the link to join the live broadcast. If you’re watching from your computer, accept the plug in. If you’re watching from your phone, download the app. 

Prefer practicing “on-demand”? Epic’s online library of pre-recorded classes is now available and is steadily growing! Gain access to the entire library for a monthly $30 subscription fee or pay per video (suggested  donation $5-$10/video). If you’re an active member and haven’t received free access to this library yet, please let us know!


Creative prop ideas for home practice:

  • Yoga Mat: beach towel

  • Blocks: sturdy shoe box, stack of books

  • Bolsters: pillows, blankets/sheets stuffed inside of a pillowcase, couch cushion

  • Blankets: Towels, blankets

  • Strap: scarf, robe tie, belt

  • Little extras: hand towel as an eye pillow, tennis balls or something similar for fascia release/massage, essential oils, your favorite playlist
