Located within a historical building, in the heart of DuPont Circle, Epic Yoga DC is a one-of-a-kind space to have your special event. A pleasant blend of old and new, the gorgeous studio features hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, skylights, and high ceilings. The contemporary, sleek feel of the space collides with the raw brick interior, creating a truly unique atmosphere to host your celebration within. Liven up the bare space with your own personal touches! Lighting, furnishing, floral arrangements, trinkets, and more can be easily added to transform the venue into your dream setting. Whether you’re going for hip and trendy, rustic and romantic, or chic and refined, Epic Yoga DC will serve as the canvas to your paint. ENTIRE VENUE

Friday - Saturday: $4,500
Sunday - Thursday: $4,000
Holidays: $5,000
New Year’s Eve: $5,500

ONE ROOM ONLy*

Hot Yoga Studio: $1,200
Ballet Studio: $1,000
‘Big’ Yoga Studio: $1,600
Recovery Room: $700

*This option applies only to workshops.

Please note that all rental fees are subject to an additional 10% sales tax.

Venue Manager on call to assist: $300.

If you will be serving alcohol, you are required to have security ensuring alcohol does not leave the building. Epic Yoga is happy to staff security for an additional $150 fee per security guard.

The Space

CAPACITY/OCCUPANCY
Strict adherence to the maximum capacities of EPIC YOGA DC facilities is enforced in compliance with fire regulations. The party is responsible for keeping the number of guests attending the event within the maximum occupancy. The space has a maximum occupancy limit per floor.            

Standing capacity: 250
Seated capacity: 100

EVENT SETUP/BREAKDOWN
The party is responsible for the setup and breakdown of event. No persons are authorized to set up for events prior to 2:00pm on the day of the event for Saturday events. Event set up time for Monday through Friday and Sundays will be determined by EPIC YOGA DC staff in advance.

EVENT END TIME
All events must end no later than 12:30am and all decorations, food and beverage must be broken down by 2am. All persons must be vacated by 2am. Next day pickup is available only when preauthorized by an EPIC YOGA DC manager in writing; when authorized, all equipment must be stored neatly and out of the way in the center room (i.e., Recovery Room) and must be removed by 9am. Failure to remove ALL equipment may result in the forfeit of all or part of your security deposit.

MUSIC
A band or DJ may set up the in the studio with amplification; however, all music must end by 12:30am unless preauthorized in writing before the event, in which case later times may be permitted for additional fees.

DECORATIONS
Permanent or large-scale decorations on any wall or surface of EPIC YOGA DC are prohibited. Other than the preparation and use of the space, no nails, screws or other fasteners may be used in decorating for the event. Preparation and use of the space will be subject to prior agreement between EPIC YOGA DC and the party. Flooring or staging may not be placed on any exterior or interior location without prior permission by EPIC YOGA DC.

PARKING
EPIC YOGA DC does not provide parking. Guests may find parking on the street and/or in nearby garages at the guests’ expense. Limited parking is available for vendors' vehicles at the time of drop off or pick up. The party is encouraged to utilize valet parking companies for their guests, or to provide advance notice to their guests that taxis/car services are highly encouraged.
